Jennifer Cain, LCAM, CMCA®, AMS President/Broker-Owner

Jennifer entered the field of property management as a manager of commercial real estate specializing in shopping centers and industrial properties and eventually found her mission in managing Community Associations. Prior to forming Mosaic Services, Jennifer served as Vice President for a large Association management corporation as a Business Unit Leader in the Central Florida Division where she was instrumental in growing the BU into a $20MM division with more than 80 properties employing 250+ team members.

In her career, Jennifer has consulted for Developer clients developing start-up budgets, reviewing building plans and writing and editing Association documents. As an Association Manager, Jennifer has a vast array of experience in aiding Associations with challenges in each cycle – from transitioning from Developer control and handling construction defect claims to finding solutions for clients suffering from unusually high delinquency rates and dealing with damages from major catastrophes.


In 2010, Jennifer was nominated as Business Woman of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal for her response to a catastrophic fire at a Condominium Association and received a Key to the City of Ocoee for her performance and professionalism in handling the aftermath of the disaster.

Utilizing her years of experience and education, Jennifer has been designated as a Certified Manager of Community Associations, CMCA®, by CAIMB as well as Association Management Specialist, AMS, by Community Association Institute.

Jennifer founded Mosaic Services on the principle that “One Size Does Not Fit All” and has committed to tailoring services to the individual needs of her clients.


Mosaic Services was established in 2011 as a real estate service provider offering property management to Community Associations and residential investors in Central Florida. Mosaic’s associates have long-term involvement in the community life in Central Florida and surrounding areas and provide knowledgeable insight into the needs of our clients.
