Mosaic Services was founded on the conviction that unique properties require unique solutions.

For most of my career, I had a comfortable corporate job, but If I had to sit through one more meeting dripping with bureaucracy and disregard for what our residents actually needed I was ready to pull my hair out.

I got into property management because I wanted to help residents with their actual needs not force homeowners to fit into a narrowly defined set of “the way we do things.”

That’s why over a decade ago I started Mosaic Services. Homeowners and their community associations deserve customized care, not a one-size-fits-all approach to their unique needs.

I get my communities the help they need when they need it. Helping communities do everything from creating their own disaster relief to putting out literal fires that have been started are all ways I’ve been able to serve. I’ve even risked being arrested when the needs of the community I was serving were in jeopardy … Seriously, ask me about it .

No two communities are the same and each requires its own mosaic of services to be at its best.

Affordable services don’t have to be at odds with customized service. That was my assumption when I set out to start Mosaic Services and it is what I have found to be true with all the communities I serve.

There is no sense in paying for services that don’t reflect what your community values.

And you know what else?

It’s a lot cheaper to not pay for things you don’t use.
